APVA Financial Support of €40 Million for power plant installations

The application process for state support for installing new solar power stations in Lithuania officially began on June 11th at 8:00 AM. Interested parties can now apply for a subsidy ranging from €192 to €255 per 1 kW of installed capacity.

The subsidy is available for individuals looking to establish new solar power stations as well as those seeking to enhance existing installations. Applications will be accepted separately for the capital and the regions of Central and Western Lithuania.

What Determines the Volume of APVA Support?
– The subsidy amounts to €255 per 1 kW for new stations, covering the complete set of solar power station components (solar modules and inverters). The maximum compensation is €2550 for a 10 kW installation.
– A compensation of €192 per 1 kW is provided for the installation of modules only, in addition to existing stations.

Requirements:
– Unique building number if the power station is installed on a rooftop.
– Unique land plot number if the power station will be built on the ground.
– Consent of co-owners and identification data, as only the property owner can receive support.

It is also necessary to download the connection conditions from ESO. If you don’t have them yet, we would recommend you fill out and submit the application as soon as possible, and then clarify the request after receiving the ESO conditions.

The main condition to qualify for the subsidy is completing the solar power station installation within 9 months from the application deadline.
